Children
Children age three and under will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Any disruption of the game by a guest’s actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
  • Inappropriate displays of affection in a public, family setting
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment
  • Obscene or indecent clothing

If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.

Fans found in violation of this Code of Conduct face ejection from the event as well as potential bans from future stadium events. Fans may also be asked to partake in a Fan Conduct Class before they are free to return to any Timbers U23 event.

ADA Seating
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), accommodation is available at the stadium to ensure that individuals with disabilities can participate. If you have any questions about accessible seating and want to arrange your visit, please email us at info@timbersu23.com.

Refund Policy
The purchase of or any money paid on Timbers U23 tickets is not refundable.

Re-Entry
Re-entry is not allowed.

Reprint Fee
The Timbers U23 will charge a $3/ticket reprint fee for lost or forgotten season tickets on game days, a full season reprint charge will be $10 for season tickets.

Ticket Exchange
We do not accept unused tickets from past events for any value or offer exchanges on unused tickets.
